About the 30th Celebration expansion

The 30th Celebration set launched worldwide on 16 September 2026. Every card is foil, every pack contains one of 30 Pikachu cards drawn by 30 different artists, and Mewtwo ex and Mew ex headline a line-up that includes Umbreon ex, Salamence ex and Greninja ex.

The new Futuristic Rare rarity showcases artwork by YOSHIROTTEN, who also illustrated the Pikachu ex promo in this collection. Classic Collection cards are not legal in the Standard format, but they are some of the set’s most exciting pulls.

Collecting both Day and Night

The Day and Night collections share the same contents list, with different promos, playmats and coins. Many collectors buy both so the two themed playmats and Pikachu ex promos can be displayed as a pair.

Why Umbreon fans should grab this collection

Umbreon has a huge following among collectors, and anniversary products featuring it tend to be some of the first to sell out. The Umbreon ex Ultra Premium Collection gives you an Umbreon ex foil promo, an Umbreon metal coin and an Umbreon playmat, plus a night-themed Pikachu ex promo by YOSHIROTTEN.

If you collect Eeveelutions, pair it with the Day collection for both Espeon ex and Umbreon ex, the classic day and night duo from the Gold and Silver generation.

What is in the Classic Collection pack?

The Pokémon 30th Celebration Ultra Premium Collection Night includes one Classic Collection booster pack with three cards from the expansion’s Classic Collection: 30 iconic cards from Pokémon TCG history returning in foil. They are not legal in the Standard format, but they are perfect for binders and display. With 29 regular packs on top of that, it is one of the biggest openings of the year, which is why so many collectors buy 30th Celebration UPC Night AU preorders well ahead of release day.

The night-themed playmat also makes a striking backdrop for photographing your best pulls, so it earns its place on your desk even if you never play a game on it.
