ACE SPEC cards are back

Temporal Forces brought back ACE SPEC cards: six Trainers and one Special Energy. You can include only one ACE SPEC card in a deck, so choosing which one to play becomes a key deck-building decision. Opening a stack of Temporal Forces booster packs gives you a chance at all seven.

For competitive players, that makes a full box especially useful. Pulling several ACE SPEC options lets you test different builds before settling on the one that suits your deck, then trade spare copies with friends who play different strategies.

Ancient and Future Pokémon ex

Walking Wake ex and Raging Bolt ex represent the Ancient side, while Iron Leaves ex and Iron Crown ex represent the Future. Tera Wugtrio ex and Tera Farigiraf ex add two Tera Pokémon ex to the mix.

The official list includes 13 Pokémon ex and 2 Tera Pokémon ex, 22 illustration rares, 10 special illustration rares and 6 gold hyper rares, so there is a lot to chase across a full box. Many collectors buy Temporal Forces Booster Box AU stock specifically to work through those illustration rares.

Tips for opening a full box

Sort as you open. Keep a pile for ACE SPEC cards, another for Pokémon ex and a third for illustration rares and above, then sleeve the best cards straight away. With 56 secret rares in the set, it is worth checking each card number against the 162-card main set so nothing special slips into your bulk pile.

Plenty of players buy Temporal Forces Booster Box Australia orders to open with friends. If that is your plan, agree on how ACE SPEC pulls will be shared or traded before the first pack is opened.

Who it suits and how it compares

Competitive players looking for ACE SPEC options, fans of Walking Wake ex or Iron Leaves ex, and collectors chasing the illustration rares will all find plenty here. If you are buying for a younger fan who is new to the game, consider adding sleeves and a deck box, since a booster box contains packs only.

The Obsidian Flames box is built around Tera Charizard ex, while Temporal Forces leans towards players thanks to the ACE SPEC return. The Paldea Evolved Booster Box is the pick for Paldean starter fans, and the Stellar Crown Elite Trainer Box continues the ACE SPEC story with three more ACE SPEC Trainers. A Pokémon Temporal Forces booster box sits neatly in the middle for anyone who collects and plays.
