When the goal is shiny cards rather than a draft pod, the Collector Booster is the Modern Horizons 3 pack to open. Buy MH3 Collector Booster Box Australia-wide from TCG PokeVault and you get 12 sealed Collector Boosters from the June 2024 set that slotted a wave of new cards straight into Modern.

Each of the dozen packs holds 15 cards, and the foil count is what sets it apart from a Play Booster:
10 to 12 Traditional Foil cards
up to 2 Foil-Etched cards
5 cards at Rare or higher
3 to 5 Uncommons, 4 to 6 Commons and 1 Land
a small chance at a serialised card
A Modern Horizons 3 Collector Booster Box for foil fans
With five Rare-or-better slots per pack, this box delivers 60 cards at Rare or higher across its twelve boosters, and most of each pack arrives in foil. That makes it a handy way to upgrade a Modern deck towards full foil, finish a binder page of special treatments or simply enjoy an opening session where nearly every card shines. Serialised cards are scarce enough that one should be treated as a bonus, not an expectation.
Opening tips for foil-heavy packs
Plenty of collectors sleeve their foils straight away, because foil cards can curl a little in humid weather (Sydney summers, we’re looking at you). Keep some penny sleeves and a few toploaders on the table before the first wrapper comes off, and sort the Foil-Etched cards from the Traditional Foils as you go so the special pieces are easy to find later.
