An Eeveelution Celebration
Gem Pack Vol. 2 is the second entry in the Gem Pack series, following a first volume themed on Pokémon Horizons. This time the focus is the Eeveelutions, and the box comes in four designs featuring Umbreon, Leafeon, Sylveon and Eevee. Collectors who love packaging art may enjoy tracking down each version.
With Vol. 1 built around Pokémon Horizons, Vol. 2 marks a clear change of theme for the Gem Pack line by centring on a single family of Pokémon. Fifteen packs of four cards make for a short, sweet opening session that younger fans can enjoy too.
Who it suits
- Eevee collectors who want the Eeveelutions in a Chinese-language format
- Fans putting together a shelf of Gem Pack releases
- Anyone after a compact Chinese Eevee booster box to open with family
Keep in mind that card text is printed in Chinese only, so these cards are mainly for collecting and display. The illustrations, however, need no translation, and a small box like this is a gentle introduction to Chinese-language Pokémon cards.
